Included gateways
Over 20 more gateways are available as add-ons. Buy and install them from the Add-ons page in your admin, which the Plugins page links to. Only the main Administrator can buy add-ons.
Connect a gateway
- Choose the provider
Open Settings Payment Gateways and pick it from the list.
- Paste your keys
Copy them from the provider's dashboard. Keep Test mode on: it sends buyers to the provider's sandbox, so no real money moves.
- Add the return address
Copy the return or webhook address shown on the page into the provider's dashboard.
- Make a test payment
Pay a small amount in test mode and check it shows as paid under Finance Payment Requests.
- Go live
Switch to Live and turn the gateway on so it shows at checkout. A gateway with missing keys can't be turned on.
Charging in another currency
A gateway can charge in its own currency instead of your store's. The amount is converted with a live rate from the Exchange Rates plugin, included, or a fixed rate you set on the gateway. With neither, the payment is refused. The amount charged is fixed when the payment starts.
Manual payments
Customers pay you directly and upload proof, and you approve it. Three manual methods are ready to fill in: UPI, Bank transfer and PayTM QR. They start switched off with placeholder details, so customers never see them until you edit them.
The Manual Gateway Builder, included, lets you edit those three and add as many of your own as you like: cash apps, local wallets, pickup and so on. Open Manual Payment Gateway from the Payment Gateways page. Each method has a name, a logo, instructions with headings, lists, links and tables, a live preview, and an optional QR code shown large at checkout. New methods start hidden until you switch them on.
Review manual payments
Finance Manual Payments: approve to credit the customer, or decline with a reason they'll see. Payment proofs are kept out of the public images folder and shown only to the customer and to staff who review payments.
Follow every payment
Finance Payment Requests lists every checkout attempt, paid or not. The dashboard's System health shows whether payments are working.
If a gateway doesn't show at checkout
Check three things: its plugin is switched on under Plugins, its keys are saved, and the gateway itself is turned on in Settings Payment Gateways.
