How the wallet works
- Coins come in from the sign-up bonus, referrals, games, the daily bonus, offerwalls, Watch & Earn, coin prizes and your own adjustments.
- Tickets and coin-cost games are paid from the wallet, never for more than the balance.
- Members can't buy coins: the store has no top-up, and no payment gateway or manual payment method can be switched on.
- Members can't cash coins out or send them to someone else: plugins that move money in or out don't load on a coins-only store.
- Every movement is listed under Finance All Transactions. Filter by type or status and export to CSV.
Coins-only mode comes from your licence, and nothing in the admin turns it off. To take real payments, you'd need RaffKing Standard.
Name your coins
Settings Rewards: what your store calls its wallet unit, such as Point or Credit, in the singular and the plural, up to 40 characters each. Leave them empty for Coin and Coins. You can also give the name in each language.
The same page has a Coin symbol, shown before every price since this store prices in coins: an emoji or up to 8 characters. Leave it empty for the coin.
Prices and coin value
One coin is worth one unit of your store's currency, and this can't be changed. Ticket prices and game costs are set in coins. Pricing Coin Pricing says so: members earn coins; they never buy or withdraw them.
Visitors see prices in coins only, never converted into other currencies.
Adjust a member's balance
Open the member under Orders & Customers Customers and use Add or remove coins. It needs an amount and a note, and is recorded as an admin adjustment in Transactions and in the admin log.
Orders paid with coins
When a member pays coins from the wallet for a prize claim or an order, it's listed under Finance Orders paid with coins. On a coins-only store, the Manual Payments page and the Payment Gateways page aren't in the menu.
