Add a product
- Make a category
Shop Categories.
- Create the product
Open Shop Products and choose New product. Create the item or pick one from your item library, then set the price in coins, shipping fee and stock.
- Add variants if you need them
Turn on variants if it comes in sizes or colours.
The item library (Orders & Customers Item library) keeps each thing you sell or give away once: name, description, retail price, photos, and whether it's physical or digital. The forms for products, auctions and prizes can pick from it, or create a new item inline.
Customer reviews are approved or rejected under Shop Reviews, and each product's star rating updates by itself.
How members pay
At checkout the order is paid with coins from the member's wallet. There's no card or other payment step. Every checkout is listed under Finance Transactions Orders paid with coins.
Process orders
Shop orders and claimed prizes arrive together under Orders & Customers Orders. To process lists what has been paid and needs sending.
- Pack and add tracking
Open the order and add the carrier and tracking number.
- Mark it Shipped
Then Delivered when it arrives.
Only an order that hasn't shipped can be rejected. Cancelling or rejecting needs a reason, which the buyer sees, and puts the stock back.
Refunds
An order paid from the wallet is refunded to the wallet: straight away when you reject or cancel it, or by hand from the order's Refund… button, for all or part of it. A refund can't be undone.

Tax rules you switch on under Pricing Tax Settings can apply to shop purchases; the cart shows tax only when a rule applies.
No other sellers
PrizeX Rewards is a single-seller shop: you sell, members buy. The Multivendor plugin and seller payouts move real money, so they aren't included and can't be switched on. For a marketplace with other sellers, you need PrizeX Standard.
